Important Information:

• Pets are allowed for an additional fee of 50 PLN per pet per night. Only non-aggressive pets weighing up to 10 kg are permitted. Pet stays must be confirmed in advance by phone with the property.

• Air conditioning is available for an additional fee of 40 PLN per day.

• Check-in: from 15:00 | Check-out: by 11:00

• A valid photo ID and credit card are required upon check-in. Special requests will be accommodated depending on availability and may incur an additional charge.

• Parking spaces are allocated based on availability.

• Garage parking requires prior reservation and is subject to a fee of 80 PLN per day.

• Bachelor/bachelorette parties or similar events are not allowed on the premises.

• Quiet hours: 22:00 – 08:00

• Guests under 18 years of age may check in only with a parent or official guardian.

• A damage deposit of 500 PLN is required. Payment is made via bank transfer. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, provided the property is in good condition. The full deposit will be returned via bank transfer after inspection.

• For stays with children, please note that the property is legally required to follow standards for the protection of minors, including verifying the identity of minors and their relationship with the accompanying adult.
